Dr Pepper 2015 Tuition Giveaway

Available to: Ages 18-25

Award Amount: $100,000

Every student deserves a chance to realize their potential. That's why Dr Pepper is awarding over $1,000,000 in tuition to help students across the country pursue their dreams. The Dr Pepper Tuition Giveaway has changed lives by awarding over $6 million dollars in tuition since 2008. With the challenges of rising tuition costs and studying full-time, Dr Pepper takes pride in helping students achieve their goals.

If you’re a student between the ages of 18-24, you can tell your one of a kind goal to enter for the chance to compete to win up to $100,000 in tuition. You’ll be eligible to submit a video once you reach 50 votes. Dr Pepper will select finalists for a chance to compete to win up to $100,000 in tuition at a college football championship game. In addition, if you reach the top 5 of the $5,000 Leaderboard when voting ends, you could win $5,000 in tuition.

If you’re 25 and older, you won’t be eligible to compete to win $100,000 in tuition but you are eligible to compete for the leaderboard prize. Collect as many votes as possible and if you’re in the top 5 of the Leaderboard when voting ends, you could win $5,000 in tuition. If you know a student with a one of a kind story, you can nominate them by submitting a story on their behalf.

Robertson Scholars Leadership Program

Available to: College Freshman

Award Amount: 100% of Tuition

The Robertson Scholars Leadership Program is available to first-year students at Duke University and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

To be considered, you must be a thoughtful and dynamic leader who exemplifies the highest levels of ethical behavior and moral character.

You must also demonstrate integrity in your academic work, community service, and extracurricular activities.

You must apply to Duke by January 1, 2015 and/or UNC-Chapel Hill by January 10, 2015. Please visit the sponsor's web site for additional information.

Chancellor's Scholarship – Appalachian State University


Deadline: 11/15/15

Available to: College Freshman

Award Amount: 100% of Tuition

The Chancellor's Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Appalachian State University.

Your selection is based on academic performance and a record of leadership, service, and creativity. You are required to take at least one honors course each semester during the first two years. An interview is also required.

This award is renewable for an additional three years provided a 3.4 GPA is maintained.

Card Against Humanity’s Science Ambassador Scholarship


Deadline: 12/01/15

Available to: High School Seniors through College Seniors

Award Amount: 100% of Tuition

Provided by Cards Against Humanity, the Science Ambassador Scholarship is open to women who are seeking an undergraduate degree in a STEM field.

You must submit a video of yourself explaining a topic in science that you are passionate about in order to be considered for this award.

Ideal candidates will be ambassadors for their field that are passionate about their discoveries and who will share their excitement with others.

The Presidential Scholarship is available to entering freshman students at Utah State University.

Available to: High School Sophomores through College Freshman

Award Amount: 100% of Tuition

The Beautiful Minds Challenge is available to students between the ages of 15 and 19 who are not yet enrolled in college full - time, and would like to attend Marlboro College in Vermont.

To enter, you must submit a digitized project that answers the following prompt: "Human being: being human. Share your truth." You must also include a cover letter that explains what you learned as you worked on the challenge.

You are welcome to submit any type of project: fashion piece, artwork, photography, musical composition, film, science project, poetry, essay, community service project, business plan, etc. to answer the prompt.

Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholarship

The Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholarship is available to students at Vanderbilt University.

Nurse Corps Scholarship

The Nurse Corps Scholarship is available to students who are enrolled or accepted for enrollment in a professional registered nurse program.
Recipients of this award must agree to work for at least two years at a health care facility with a critical shortage of nurses.
In addition to full-tuition, fees, and expenses; students will also receive a monthly stipend.

The Army ROTC Scholarship is available to students at Cornell University, Ithaca College, Elmira College, Wells College, Cortland State University, and Binghamton University.

To be eligible, you must have at least a 2.5 GPA and a minimum 920 SAT/ 19 ACT score, have four years of college remaining, be between 17 and 26 years of age, be a U.S. citizen, and agree to accept commission and serve in the Army on Active, Reserve, or National Guard Duty.

Recipients of this award will also receive $1200 per year for books.
