The Green to Gold Scholarship is available to U.S. citizens with a minimum of two years Active Duty as well as three months of Active Duty for every one month of specialized training.
You must be a high school graduate or equivalent, have a minimum GPA of 2.5, a GT score of at least 110 and pass the APFT within the last 6 months with score of 180 or higher, minimum of 60 points in each event.
Also, you must submit letters of acceptance from the PMS of that Army ROTC Battalion and school offering Army ROTC.
Additionally, you must not have been convicted of a domestic violence crime, have a Favorable National Agency Check (or have initiated the action), DODMERB Medical Qualification, be eligible to Reenlist, not be a conscientious objector and have no more than 3 dependents, including spouse to qualify for this award.

City Year, a proud member of AmeriCorps, is a national service organization that brings together young adults from diverse backgrounds for a demanding ten months of full-time community service, leadership development, and civic engagement.

Eligibility Requirements: Must be between the ages of 17-24 and a United States citizen or permanent resident alien. High school graduate/G.E.D. recipient OR agreement to pursue a G.E.D.
If you do not have a H.S. diploma or its equivalency, you will be required to take a basic academic proficiency test; your position is contingent upon satisfactory testing results.
