Saying goodbye to summer isn’t easy. We get that you want to soak up the last days of sun, fun and enjoy the remainder of your summer – who wouldn’t?
Alas, summer is ending and your scholarship search must continue! But, this list of scholarships can allow you to stay on track with your scholarship search, while relishing your last weeks of summer break.
How is this possible, you ask? All of the scholarships on this list have quick and easy applications and, those that have essays are short and sweet. Once you apply, all you have left to do is figure out what to do with all that free time to fill your last days of the season.
By doing so, you’ll really be able to say you accomplished it all this summer: conquering your scholarship applications and taking time to smell the roses.
Before hitting the books this fall, sneak in some time and apply to as many of the following ten scholarships as possible!
Clubs of America Scholarship Award
Deadline: 8/31/15
Available to: College Freshman through Graduate Students, Year 5
Award Amount: $1,000
The Clubs of America Scholarship Award is available to currently enrolled students who have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
You must submit an essay of at least 600 words about your career aspirations and how your current course load will help you achieve success.
YouTube video submissions are also accepted and should be no longer than five minutes.

$5,000 Social Network Scholarship
Deadline: 8/31/2015
Available To: Ages 18 and Older
Award: $5,000
You want scholarships and we want to show you our new social network. The post with the highest number of votes at the end of the month wins a $5,000 scholarship.
There are no GPA or financial need requirements, no essay is required and is open to all fields of study.
The scholarship award must be used for educational expenses. The scholarship is open to both U.S. and international students.

Tweet for Success Scholarship Contest
Deadline: 9/18/15
Available to: College Freshman through College Seniors
Award Amount: $250
The Tweet for Success Scholarship Contest is open to students currently enrolled in an accredited two- or four-year college for the fall of 2015.
You must submit a message of no more than 140 characters that explains the benefits of online courses and degrees versus traditional schooling.
You must also be a legal resident of the U.S. and have a minimum GPA of 2.0 to be considered for this award.

Don’t Text and Drive Scholarship
Deadline: 9/30/15
Available to: High School Freshman through Graduate Student, Year 5
Award Amount: $1,500
Sponsored by Digital Responsibility, the Don't Text and Drive Scholarship is available to high school, undergraduate or graduate students.
You must be U.S. citizen or legal resident and complete a short statement on why you pledge not to text and drive in order to qualify for this award.

Zip Scanners College Scholarship
Deadline: 10/15/15
Available To: College Freshman through College Seniors
Award: $500
The Zip Scanners College Scholarship is available to current college students.
You must be attending a college or university in the fall of 2015 and submit an essay of at least 500 words on a topic related to police scanners in order to be considered for this award.

Youth Noise Scholarship Program
Deadline: 11/21/15
Available to: High School Freshman through Graduate Students, Year 5
Award Amount: $1,000
The Youth Noise Scholarship Program is available to students enrolled at an accredited high school or college.
You must submit a video no longer than 5 minutes on YouTube in which you explain how new ideas will shape the world around us, and why education is the key to creating a brighter future.

Create-a-Greeting Card Scholarship
Deadline: 2/26/16
Available to: High School Freshman through Graduate Students, Year 5
Award Amount: $10,000
The Create-A-Greeting Card Scholarship Contest is open to currently enrolled high school and college students in the United States.
To enter, you must design a holiday, get well, or birthday greeting card and submit your work to be judged.
Your photo, art, or graphics submitted must be your own original work and you must be at least 14 years of age to be eligible for this award.

Paradigm Challenge
Deadline: 5/01/16
Available to: Maximum Age 18 Years
Award Amount: $100,000
Sponsored by Project Paradigm, the Paradigm Challenge is available to students up to the age of 18.
You may work in a team or alone in creating an original and creative way to generate new ideas in preventing injuries and fatalities from home fires—America’s #1 disaster threat.
Entries may come in the form of posters, videos, inventions, messages, community events, websites, mobile apps, or anything else that will help save lives.
Additionally, you must submit a brief statement of your idea (140 characters or less) in order to qualify for this award.

CKSF Scholarship Competition
Deadline: Varies
Available to: High School Freshman through Graduate Student, Year 5
Award Amount: $2,500
The CKSF Scholarships are available to high school, undergraduate, and graduate students in the U.S.
You must register to participate in scholarship quizzes that test your knowledge of topics ranging from general "common knowledge" to specific academic subjects, books, websites, and even movies.
You will be scored based on a combination of time and accuracy.
Students with the highest scores at the end of each competition win.
