Open to all undergraduate and graduate students at accredited two- and four-year colleges and universities, the Walter J. Travis Memorial Scholarship applicants should be pursuing a career in sports journalism with a special interest in golf, golf course architecture, golf course turf management or professional golf management. Students must also demonstrate academic achievement, participation in extracurricular activities and involvement in golf-related activities.
